Basketball Game Preview: Murtaugh Red Devils vs. Valley Vikings

The Murtaugh Red Devils will face off against the Valley Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Murtaugh will be strutting in after a victory while Valley will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Thursday, Murtaugh didn't have too much trouble with Hagerman as they won 53-34.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Valley's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of Oakley by a score of 50-47.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Murtaugh, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Murtaugh was dealt a bruising 61-25 defeat at the hands of Valley in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Murtaugh was down 34-12.
