Basketball Recap: McDonald Find Success + How To Watch

McDonald's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They secured a 34-30 W over the McKinley Trojans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Blue Devils also won the last time the pair played back in January.

McDonald found their leader in sophomore Emme Matthews, who went 7-for-13 on her way to 17 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals. Cierra Shiley was another key player, putting up eight points and 11 boards.

The win got McDonald back to even at 1-1. As for McKinley, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-2.
