Soccer Recap: Klein Takes a Loss

Klein was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Magnolia Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Bearkats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 254th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 64th).

Klein's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Magnolia, they pushed their record up to 9-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Klein will venture away from home to square off against Klein Forest at 7:15 p.m. on February 18th. Klein is facing Klein Forest at the right time seeing as Klein Forest is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Magnolia, they will host Tomball Memorial at 7:15 p.m. on February 18th. Tomball Memorial will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Magnolia surely won't give up without a fight.
