Volleyball Recap: Brookfield Central's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Brookfield Central waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Kenosha Tremper Trojans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lancers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2016.

Olivia Witon paced Brookfield Central's offense, picking up nine kills. Witon got some help from Emma Duff and her ten assists. Duff was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Brookfield Central's win bumped their record up to 10-16. As for Kenosha Tremper, they are on a 25-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-28.

Brookfield Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Howards Grove on the 4th. Kenosha Tremper has also already played their next matchup (against Lake Country Lutheran), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
