The Wildcat came up short against the Elkins Tigers on Thursday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wildcat have suffered against the Tigers since October 20, 2021.

Colbie Wimer paced Pendleton County's offense, picking up eight kills. Wimer got some help from Carolyn Varner and her ten assists. Finally, Kinsley Price kept Pendleton County's defense grounded, leading the team with seven blocks.

Pendleton County's loss ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 17-9. As for Elkins, they now have a winning record of 19-18-1.
