Basketball Recap: The New School vs. Cross Keys Phoenix        
        
		
             If The New School was feeling good  fresh off their  255-0 takedown of St. Pius X Catholic two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The New School had to suffer through a   76-22 loss at the hands of the Cross Keys Phoenix. The New School was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  41-11.
  Dre Tucker had an outrageously good game for Cross Keys as he  dropped  a double-double on 22 points and ten  steals. Tucker is  crushing it when it comes to  steals: he's   grabbed at least six every time he's  taken the court this season.  Eduardo MIguel was another key player,  posting ten points along with five  steals.
 The New School's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Cross Keys,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 2-1.
 The New School will have a little extra prep time after the  defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Academe of the Oaks at 5:00  p.m.  on December 4th. As for Cross Keys, they will stay at home for another  game and welcome Towers at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
