Basketball Recap: North County Comes Up Short

North County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 113-64 loss at the hands of the Sikeston Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 421st, while the Bulldogs are ranked 12th).

North County's defeat dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Sikeston, their win was their 34th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 24-3.

North County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sikeston, they have already played their next matchup, an 84-37 victory against Central on the 7th.
