Addie Smith, Mingo Central's leading three-point artist this season, solidified her role on Friday. Smith shot 6-for-11 from downtown and dropped a double-double with 27 points and ten assists. The performance marked the most assists she has had since back in February of 2024. She has become a key player for Mingo Central: the team is undefeated when she posts at least eight assists, but 7-8 otherwise.

Coming up, Smith and Mingo Central will take on Belfry at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
