Football Game Preview: Capitan vs. Texico

On Friday Capitan take on Texico at 7:00 PM. Capitan are limping into the match on a 3-game losing streak.

Capitan came up short against Jal last week, falling 6-18. Capitan's defeat came about despite a quality game from senior Aaron Fish, who caught passes for 156 yards and 1 touchdown.

Meanwhile, Texico might have drawn first blood against New Mexico Military Institute, but it was New Mexico Military Institute who got the last laugh. Texico took a 14-25 hit to the loss column at the hands of New Mexico Military Institute. This makes it the second loss in a row for Texico.

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
