Briarcrest Christian never let their opponents score on Friday. Everything went their way against the St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles as they made off with a 15-0 victory. The Saints might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matches by six runs or more this season.

Brady Crenshaw looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk). Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

At the plate, Houston Walker was a standout: he went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Holland, who went 1-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base.

Briarcrest Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .645. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Briarcrest Christian is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for St. Benedict at Auburndale, their defeat was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-14.
