Tustin posted their closest win since February 28th on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Anaheim Colonists 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Tillers: when they faced off against the Colonists back in February, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Tustin had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 23-25, 26-24, 15-12.

The victory made it two in a row for Tustin and bumps their season record up to 6-16. As for Anaheim, they dropped their record down to 6-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Tustin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Villa Park on the 29th. As for Anaheim, they will challenge Rancho Alamitos at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
