New Hanover and Chapel Hill squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but New Hanover had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. New Hanover's defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Their goal came courtesy of Deyson Castillo, who's now up to nine this season.

New Hanover's loss dropped their record down to 16-6-2. As for Chapel Hill, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-4.

New Hanover does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chapel Hill, they will challenge Marvin Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Chapel Hill's defense better be ready for this one: Marvin Ridge have averaged an impressive 2.8 goals per game this season.
