Basketball Recap: Shelby-Rising City Huskies vs. Thayer Central Titans
Shelby-Rising City lost against Thayer Central back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Shelby-Rising City Huskies took a blow against the Thayer Central Titans, falling 58-23. Despite the loss, Shelby-Rising City still got an impressive performance from Taya Pinneo, who posted 16 points. Pinneo's afternoon made it five games in a row in which she has scored at least 16 points. Olivia Frederick also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.
