Basketball Recap: Holly Springs Takes a Loss

The Hawks took a hard 55-41 fall against the Lewisburg Patriots on Tuesday. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why Holly Springs lost, don't look at Jaylen Cassidy. Despite the final result, he posted 13 points. Another player making a difference was Jatavion Pegues, who had eight points.

Holly Springs' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Lewisburg, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
