Basketball Recap: Crockett Tech Comes Up Short

Crockett Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Osborn Knights, falling 70-7. The Rockets lost against the Knights in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 2-0 score last time.

Crockett Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Osborn, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Crockett Tech will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on King at 5:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Osborn will take on Ford in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Osborn has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 192 points over their last three matches.
