Fans got a thrill when Jake Tiernan and Maverick LeRock connected against Trego. The longest such play in Northern Plains (8 Man) this season, the connection resulted in 52 yards.

Joel Broeckelman of Rock Hills ran for the longest rushing play in the league this season against Thunder Ridge last week. Broeckelman scampered for 68 yards on the play and finished with 118 on the day as his team fell to the Longhorns.

Southern Cloud's dynamic duo of Ryan Perkins and Trey Bellows proved to be unstoppable against Frankfort, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Perkins threw for 203 yards and 4 touchdowns and Bellows had 91 yards receiving. Austin Pelkey helped Southern Cloud's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 65 yards.

The Warriors' dynamic duo of Perkins and Bellows proved tough for the Wildcats to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.

Bellows was the best wideout in the league this week as Southern Cloud bested Frankfort.

Trent Rietzke was the most successful running back in Northern Plains (8 Man) this week. He ran for 210 yards on 28 carries as Thunder Ridge defeated Garry Kraushaar Jr's team. Larame Boyle also contributed to the rushing game with 75 yards on the ground.

Connor Eilert made the biggest impact on defense this week as St. John's/Tipton Catholic beat Pike Valley. The 6-foot-0 senior.

Perkins put up the best numbers through the air as the Warriors defeated the Wildcats.

Rietzke was a beast in the backfield as jerry voorhees' team defeated Rock Hills.

Zac Walter was a passing and rushing force as Lincoln beat Lakeside. He completed 3 passes for 63 yards and 2 touchdowns and also ran for 193 yards. Walter's favorite target this week was Tyrece Simms, who caught 3 passes for 63 yards.

He went 14-20 with 0 interceptions.

Southern Cloud's Perkins and Bellows have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-10 quarterback Perkins has thrown for 203 yards this season, while Bellows has 5 catches for 91 yards. The Longhorns' Rietzke leads the league in rushing yards with 210.

The Warriors are currently in fourth, while the Bluejays are in third.

Natoma and Sylvan-Lucas played the closest game in the league this week, with Natoma eventually emerging with a 17-12 victory.
