Game recap: Bellevue High School Football Team beats Napoleon

NAPOLEON, Ohio - Bellevue (Ohio) snapped Napoleon (Ohio)'s 9-game winning streak, with a 35-20 victory on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a touchdown catch by Tate Grainger in the first quarter, the Redmen led 28-6 at the half.

Bellevue saw its 22-point halftime lead fall to 15 entering the fourth.

With the win BHS extended its winning streak to seven games. The Redmen defeated the Pirates 28-27 last week.

Zack Pointsett was the top performer for Bellevue. He caught two touchdowns.



David Yunker played well for the Wildcats. The senior quarterback threw two touchdowns.

Napoleon came in giving up 16.4 points per game this season.

The loss comes after Napoleon defeated Bryan 21-20 last week.
