Volleyball Recap: Tri-Village's Run of Three Straight Victories Now Over

If Tri-Village was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Preble Shawnee on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Patriots took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Houston Wildcats on Saturday. The Patriots were not able to make up for their loss to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Gabby Kirby paced Tri-Village's offense, picking up 21 kills. Kirby got some help from Zoe Ayette and her 36 assists. Mylee Bierly controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Keaton Turner was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had ten digs.

Tri-Village has already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Mississinawa Valley on the 2nd. As for Houston, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Jackson Center on the 2nd.
