Basketball Recap: Hazleton Area Snags Fifth Victory in Last Six Games

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hazleton Area walked away with it. They took down the Northampton Konkrete Kids 60-41 on Saturday.

Hazleton Area is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-12 record this season. This is the second loss in a row for Northampton and nudges their season record down to 19-10.

Coming up, Hazleton Area will square off against Conestoga on Wednesday. Conestoga will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Hazleton Area surely won't give up without a fight. Northampton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
