Volleyball Game Preview: Page Sand Devils vs. Ganado Hornets

For the first time this season, Page will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Ganado Hornets at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Page has now lost nine straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 6th.

On Thursday, Page didn't have quite enough to beat Winslow and fell 3-2.

Page took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-14, 23-25, 15-25, 25-15, 15-10.

Meanwhile, Ganado suffered their biggest defeat since August 29th on Wednesday. They came up short against Tuba City, falling 3-0.

Page's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Ganado, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.

Page skirted past Ganado 3-2 when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Will the Sand Devils repeat their success, or do the Hornets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
