Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Vermillion). They put the hurt on the Attica Red Ramblers with a sharp 19-3 victory on Saturday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Falcons with their most commanding win of the season.
Willow Campbell made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched seven innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. Campbell was even better at the plate, getting on base in five of her six plate appearances with seven stolen bases and four runs. Those seven stolen bases gave her a new career-high.
