Soccer Recap: Spring Comes Up Short

Spring had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Montgomery Bears by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. If Spring were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Montgomery when the teams met back in March of 2016, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Montgomery's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Spring will face off against Magnolia at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Montgomery, they will challenge Bryan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
