Viborg/Hurley had to endure a five-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged out the Alcester-Hudson Cubs 3-2 on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cougars have posted since October 28, 2024.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Viborg/Hurley who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-14, 22-25, 25-23, 24-26, 15-10.
