Volleyball Recap: Episcopal Comes Up Short

Episcopal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shiloh Christian Saints.

Shiloh Christian was led to victory by Micah Unger and Bristol Bonanno. Unger had five digs and two aces, while Bonanno had eight digs and two assists.

Episcopal's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Shiloh Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-10-1 record this season.

Episcopal wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Wynne on the 11th. As for Shiloh Christian, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Siloam Springs on the 11th.
