Basketball Recap: San Saba Comes Up Short

San Saba was the 65-57 winner over Early when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Armadillos fell 46-34 to the Longhorns on Thursday. The Armadillos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

San Saba's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Early, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Coming up, San Saba and Bangs will face off at 11:00 a.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. As for Early, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Clyde at 12:30 p.m. on Friday.
