Volleyball Game Preview: Bishop Hartley Hawks vs. Chillicothe Cavaliers

The Bishop Hartley Hawks will square off against the Chillicothe Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Bishop Hartley lost 3-0 to Mt. Vernon on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Hawks in their meetings with the Yellowjackets: they've now lost six in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-15, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Chillicothe came up short against Westerville South on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-23, 25-22.

Bishop Hartley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Chillicothe, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.

Bishop Hartley skirted past Chillicothe 3-2 in their previous matchup back in April. Will the Hawks repeat their success, or do the Cavaliers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
