Basketball Game Preview: Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays vs. North Polk Comets

Bondurant-Farrar hasn't had much luck against North Polk recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays will look to defend their home court against the North Polk Comets at 6:00 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Bondurant-Farrar came up short against Carroll and fell 47-34. While losing is never fun, the Bluejays can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 138th, while the Tigers are ranked 25th).

Carlisle typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday North Polk proved too difficult a challenge. They were the clear victor by a 63-39 margin over the Wildcats. The Comets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 games by 21 points or more this season.

North Polk pushed their record up to 17-1 with the victory, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Bondurant-Farrar, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.
