Basketball Recap: Green's Run of Six Straight Wins Now Over

It was a good run, but Green unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak dating back to last season on Tuesday. They fell 71-62 to East Side Community. The loss was Green's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Green fell to 5-1. As for East Side Community, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Green and Leadership & Public Service will compete for holiday cheer at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Green is facing Leadership & Public Service at the right time seeing as Leadership & Public Service is stuck on a five-game losing streak. East Side Community will take on Collaborative Education in a holiday battle at at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. East Side Community knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Collaborative Education likes a good challenge.
