Adrian was forced to take a big loss against they on Monday, they got the better of them on Monday. They never let the Tecumseh Indians get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. Considering the Maples have won seven contests by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Tyler Bruggeman was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. He is becoming a predictor of Adrian's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 7-1 (and 2-4 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Adam Parker, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Adrian's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Tecumseh, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8-2 record this season.

Adrian will have a chance to go back-to-back against Tecumseh: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
