Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Evan Julock stepped things up a notch to give Mercer the 'W'. Jamestown had no answer to Julock as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.
Julock and Mercer will head out on the road to challenge Wilmington at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Julock has dominated as far as walks are concerned (he's averaged 1.6 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering Wilmington has only allowed 4.67 per game this season.
