Baseball Recap: McHenry Takes a Loss

McHenry and Barrington squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but McHenry had to settle for second. They fell 9-4 to the Broncos/Fillies. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Broncos/Fillies apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in June of 2025.

McHenry's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 28-8-1. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the defeats came by an average of only 2.25 runs. As for Barrington, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-12 record this season.

As of now, neither McHenry nor Barrington have any future games scheduled.
