Volleyball Recap: Aurora East Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Aurora East had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Joliet Central Steelmen. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-16.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Aurora East will square off against Addison Trail at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Joliet Central, they will take on Bloom at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
