Northwest Catholic had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat the Bristol Eastern Lancers 86-41. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 20 points or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Northwest Catholic and bumps their season record up to 21-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33 points. As for Bristol Eastern, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-9 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Northwest Catholic beat Bristol Eastern by a score of 86-41 on Thursday.
