Basketball Recap: Chapel Hill Takes a Loss

Chapel Hill lost against Jefferson back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Chapel Hill Red Devils fell just short of the Jefferson Bulldogs by a score of 50-48. While losing is never fun, the Red Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 792nd, while the Bulldogs are ranked 230th).

Chapel Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Jefferson, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 22-3.

Chapel Hill has already played their next match (against New Diana), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Jefferson has already played their next game, a 72-46 win against Harmony on the 4th.
