Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mid-Peninsula). They strolled past the Pescadero Vikings with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 74-60. The Dragons pushed the score to 58-37 by the end of the third, a deficit the Vikings cut but never quite recovered from.

Mid-Peninsula's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Pescadero, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Mid-Peninsula will welcome Design Tech at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pescadero, they will head out to take on East Palo Alto Academy at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
