Volleyball Recap: Norris Beats Beatrice for Their Third Straight Victory

Norris waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Beatrice Orangemen as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Titans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Orangemen, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-3, 25-6.

Norris found their leader in freshman Makinley Ramsey, who had five aces and two assists.

Norris was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 11 consecutive matchups.

Norris' win bumped their record up to 34-1. As for Beatrice, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-20.

Coming up, Norris will face off against Standing Bear at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Beatrice does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
