Thompson Valley's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Northridge Grizzlies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Thompson Valley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-10, 25-22, 25-9.

Thompson Valley has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Northridge, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Thompson Valley will challenge rival Greeley Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Northridge is set to square off against their familiar foe Timnath at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
