Soccer Recap: Cascade Comes Up Short

Cascade was the 2-0 winner over Crawfordsville when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cadets fell just short of the Athenians by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Cascade have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cascade's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Crawfordsville, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cascade will welcome Southmont at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Crawfordsville, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Indianapolis Scecina Memorial at 11:00 a.m.
