Softball Recap: Paul W. Bryant Comes Up Short

Paul W. Bryant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Central Falcons, falling 27-11. The Stampede were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Paul W. Bryant's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8-1. As for Central, their victory bumped their record up to 3-8.

Coming up, Paul W. Bryant is taking a road trip to take on Pickens County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Pickens County has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.27 runs per game on average), something Paul W. Bryant will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Central, they will be playing at home against Paul W. Bryant at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
