Basketball Recap: Lone Pine Snags Seventh Victory in Last Eight Games

If Immanuel Christian wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Lone Pine, they should've done a better job of containing Ralph Enriquez. The Lone Pine Golden Eagles took their game on Monday with ease, bagging an 84-27 win over the Immanuel Christian Crusaders thanks in part to Enriquez, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 boards. That's the most points he has posted since back in December of 2024.

The team also got some help courtesy of Cristian Duran, who posted seven points along with seven rebounds and five assists. He has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times he's played.

Lone Pine has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.3 points per game. As for Immanuel Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.

Lone Pine has already played their next contest, a 73-15 victory against Lee Vining on the 28th. As for Immanuel Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 63-23 loss against Baker on the 29th.
