Volleyball Recap: South Fulton's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

South Fulton had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Bradford.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-12, 25-16.

South Fulton's offense was headlined by McKynlee Guthrie and Journee Puckett, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Lilie Martin and her six assists. Puckett was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 11 aces.

South Fulton's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Bradford, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. South Fulton is set to face off against their familiar foe Peabody at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Bradford will take on rival Union City at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
