Basketball Game Preview: Warhill Lions vs. Woodside Wolverines

Having just played yesterday, the Warhill Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Woodside Wolverines at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Warhill strolled past New Kent with points to spare, taking the game 47-33. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Woodside). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Kecoughtan 89-33. The Wolverines have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 28 points or more this season.

Warhill's record is now 13-5. As for Woodside, their record is now an identical 13-5.
