Volleyball Recap: Corona Takes a Loss

Corona was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Laguna Beach Breakers.

Corona's defeat dropped their record down to 20-12. As for Laguna Beach, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-22.

Corona didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Jurupa Valley on the 11th. As for Laguna Beach, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Burroughs on the 11th.
