Volleyball Recap: Legacy Ranch Victorious

While Legacy Ranch's victory against Austin Achieve wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wranglers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Polar Bears on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wranglers have posted since August 16th.

Legacy Ranch had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 23-25, 25-9, 25-13, 15-8.

Legacy Ranch has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-11 record this season. As for Austin Achieve, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Coincidentally, Legacy Ranch and Austin Achieve will both be playing Travis the next time they take the court. The Wranglers will host the Rebels at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Polar Bears will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on the 24th.
