Basketball Recap: Clearwater Takes a Loss

Clearwater played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Wellington Crusaders, falling 64-43. The Indians have struggled against the Crusaders recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Clearwater's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Wellington, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Clearwater will welcome Andale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Andale will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Clearwater surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wellington, they will head out on the road to challenge El Dorado at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing isn't great for El Dorado: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Wellington has snatched up four consecutive wins on the road.
