Basketball Recap: South Terrebonne Comes Up Short

South Terrebonne lost against Vandebilt Catholic back in December of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The South Terrebonne Gators were dealt an 80-51 defeat at the hands of the Vandebilt Catholic Terriers. The Gators' loss continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

South Terrebonne's defeat dropped their record down to 13-22. As for Vandebilt Catholic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 25-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Terrebonne will host Assumption at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. South Terrebonne is facing Assumption at the right time seeing as Assumption is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Vandebilt Catholic, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against E.D. White at 6:30 p.m.
