Fans were treated to a battle of the Lions on Tuesday. Bakersfield walked away with a 9-6 victory over Mansfield. Bakersfield hasn't had any issues with Mansfield recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
Lexi Clarkson made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk).
