Basketball Recap: Lancaster Extends Winning Streak to 12

Lancaster waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They walked away with a 55-42 victory over the Dreher Blue Devils. The 55-point effort marked the Bruins' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lancaster to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jordan Watford, who went 8 of 14 en route to 20 points and six rebounds. The game was Watford's 14th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Malik Tinsley, who posted 14 points along with five boards and three steals.

Lancaster's win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-1. As for Dreher, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-7.

Lancaster will have a chance to go back-to-back against Dreher: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
