Softball Recap: Pieper Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Pieper's offense. They came up short against the New Braunfels Unicorns on Thursday, falling 13-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Pieper has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. New Braunfels' win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 15-5.

Coincidentally, Pieper and New Braunfels will both be playing Wagner the next time they take the field. Pieper will host Wagner at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while New Braunfels will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on March 28th.
