Softball Recap: Bishop Snyder Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Bishop Snyder's offense. They fell just short of the Fernandina Beach Pirates by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Bishop Snyder's loss dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Fernandina Beach, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-9.

Coming up, Bishop Snyder is taking a road trip to challenge Nease at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fernandina Beach, they will square off against Hilliard at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Pirates are facing the Red Flashes at the right time seeing as the Red Flashes are stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
